eAxle

This drive unit is the heart of an electric vehicle. It combines a transaxle, a motor and an inverter. The high-efficiency 3-axis gear train and the optimized motor are compact in size, light weight and highly efficient. The unit can be mounted on the front or rear axle of a vehicle.

Combining the strengths of BluE Nexus Corporation, AISIN CORPORATION, and DENSO Corporation, the jointly developed e-Axle was selected for Toyota’s bZ4X vehicle released in May 2022. BluE’s product lineup includes a 150kW unit for the front axle and an 80kW unit for both front and rear applications (for 4WD vehicles).
