Message from the AISIN Europe President

The expectations of society are evolving and diversifying rapidly, be it locally, nationally, across Europe or around the world. How we respond to these expectations will define not only our reputation, but our relevance and longevity as a company. Embracing this responsibility is essential to shaping a future in which AISIN continues to grow, lead, and inspire.

To guide us on this journey, the AISIN Group has established the Charter of Sustainability and the Code of Conduct. These are more than policies; they are a shared commitment to act with integrity, responsibility, and respect. They empower each of us to understand how our daily decisions, behaviours, and actions contribute directly to the creation of a more sustainable society.

Through ongoing and meaningful dialogue with our stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, investors, communities, etc.) we actively listen, learn, and anticipate the challenges of tomorrow. This collective insight has shaped 11 guiding principles that reflect who we are and what we stand for. Each principle is clearly defined, brought to life through deeper explanation, and translated into concrete actions within the Code of Conduct. I encourage you to engage with these 11 principles thoughtfully; understanding their intent, embracing their meaning, and turning them into action.

As the extended Europe Region continues to lead by placing sustainability at the very heart of corporate governance, each of us has both the opportunity, and the responsibility, to set a benchmark within AISIN Group. By fully embracing the spirit of the Charter of Sustainability and Code of Conduct and living these principles in our everyday work, we will strengthen trust, create lasting value, and deliver satisfaction and excitement to our customers.
